"We use SiteStuff as a source to order products and save money for the property and the owner. That's critical, especially when we're buying large volumes of merchandise." Joyce Sullivan Trammell Crow Company

Kimberly-Clark
The way we do business today guides our future. And yours. Protecting the environment is an integral part of how we do business. At Kimberly-Clark, we believe having a strong corporate environmental program complements our commitment to innovation. Our environmental program plays a crucial role in executing our corporate mission: to enhance the health, hygiene, and well-being of people everywhere, every day.
With a global business presence, we fully embrace our responsibility to remain mindful or limited environmental resources. Through a concentrated effort, we’ve developed environmental initiatives that are woven into our ongoing business operations. From raw materials to deliverable products, we focus on environmental accountability.
Remaining true to our commitments is our way of doing business. Innovation and environmental consciousness in equal parts.
In 2003, Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) North America used more than 318,000 tons of recycled fiber. In fact, 52 percent of the total fiber used to make our commercial tissue products was recycled. We produce a full line of products that meets the requirements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Paper Products Recovered Materials Advisory Notice. Our Innovation Management Framework integrates environmental factors throughout the life cycle of the products, from initial research and development through production and distribution, to final product disposal.
Beyond the raw materials and final products, we also maintain a heightened consciousness about valuable resources such as water. At the close of 2003, KCP facilities had reduced use of fresh water by 28 percent - no small drop in the bucket. Nor is it the end of the story. We continually seek out ways to minimize impact and maximize stewardship. It’s just good business.
