In their own words…. Dan Shveda is the General Manager and Teresa Chauvin is the Assistant Real Estate Manager at 6500 Wilshire Boulevard. CB Richard Ellis is the management company. When Dan and Teresa took over the management of this building in 2003, their first task was to reposition the building and enhance its appearance. Their association with SiteStuff has played a key role in helping them achieve their objectives and a great deal of industry recognition. According to Dan, SiteStuff helped them save 12% the first year on their MRO purchases utilizing the same vendors for janitorial, lighting and office supplies. Dan and Teresa told us that SiteStuff’s Bid Management Platform helped them save money on interior and exterior landscaping, as well as metal cleaning. Using the SiteStuff RFP tool, they saved 8% on interior landscaping, 13% on exterior landscaping, and 18% on metal cleaning. “Our SiteStuff partnership has enabled us to save time, save money and gain much better control of our operations,” according to Dan. He went on to say, “To be competitive in this market, you have to offer your tenants world class service and amenities…and with SiteStuff as our partner, we can do just that.”
