In their own words…. Dan Shveda is the General Manager and Teresa Chauvin is the Assistant Real Estate Manager at 6500 Wilshire Boulevard. CB Richard Ellis is the management company. When Dan and Teresa took over the management of this building in 2003, their first task was to reposition the building and enhance its appearance. Their association with SiteStuff has played a key role in helping them achieve their objectives and a great deal of industry recognition.
