SiteStuff Employees Achieve LEED-EB Accreditation


Austin, TX (April 25, 2008)- SiteStuff, Inc. the nation’s leading commercial real estate procurement and e-commerce company, is pleased to announce that Tom Forshee, Director of Sustainability and Special Projects and Geoff Stasio, Sales Manager, have both successfully completed the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Existing Building accreditation.  As LEED Accredited Professionals, both Tom and Geoff will be responsible for sustainability strategies delivered to the SiteStuff client base. 

An eight-year SiteStuff employee, Tom has managed multiple lighting retrofit programs and energy reduction initiatives for 100-million-square-foot corporate facilities through out his tenure. Tom received his accreditation earlier this year and has been responsible for developing and overseeing large-scale energy related projects. His previous experience includes facility and operations management for both the Rouse Company and Tandy Corporation, where he was responsible for capital projects and facilities maintenance. 

In his seven year tenure with SiteStuff, Geoff has had success working with regional and national clients who provide janitorial, landscaping, HVAC and roofing services to commercial real estate managers.
