AUSTIN, Texas -- SiteStuff, Inc., the nation's leading commercial real estate procurement company, today announced that Bill Sullivan will step out of the CEO role, effective January 31, 2005. Charles W. Pace, Jr. has been promoted from COO to CEO. Sullivan will remain as Chairman of the Board.

Sullivan was brought into SiteStuff in 2001 to turn-around the operations and solidify the capitalization of the Company. Since Sullivan joined SiteStuff, the Company has grown revenues over 275%, reduced operating expenses over 50%, crossed the threshold to net income profitability and secured equity and debt financing for future growth. In 2003, the Austin Business Journal ranked SiteStuff the fastest growing private company in Austin and the fourth fastest growing in 2004.

Reflecting on the transition, Sullivan stated, "Through the efforts of the incredibly dedicated team at SiteStuff, the mission I was hired to perform is now effectively complete. Charlie Pace joined SiteStuff in 1999 and has served as the COO since 2002. Prior to SiteStuff, Charlie was with Deloitte Consulting where he served as a Supply Chain Practice Manager and led supply chain optimization, strategic sourcing, new product development and ERP implementation projects. Charlie earned a M.B.A. in Management and Finance and B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
