SiteStuff Breaks Through to EBITDA Profitability


Company on Track to Achieve Net Income Profitability for 2003

AUSTIN, Texas - SiteStuff, Inc. ("SiteStuff"), the leading procurement solutions company for the commercial real estate industry, announced today that it generated positive earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization ("EBITDA") in March 2003 and continued to grow its EBITDA profitability in the month of April. The Company is on track to reach net income profitability this summer, and expects to be both EBITDA and net income profitable for the full year 2003.

SiteStuff has experienced incredible growth in its business over the past two years, having processed over 200,000 Purchase Orders and facilitated nearly 2,000 Services Requests for Proposals ("RFPs"), representing over $55 million of Services contracts.
