SiteStuff Announces First Year Success of National Service Provider Program

National Service Program gains Fast Adoption among Industry Leaders
8/14/2002

AUSTIN, Texas - SiteStuff, Inc. ("SiteStuff"), the leading procurement solutions company for the real estate industry, announced today that its National Service Provider (NSP) Program has successfully grown to 16 members in its first year. The Austin-based company expects this program to grow to 24 members by year-end.

The NSP Program is designed to bring nationwide coverage for building maintenance services to property and facility managers. Working with SiteStuff, Graebel Commercial Services, Ondeo Nalco, TruGreen, Barton Protective Services, Garratt-Callahan, Chem-Aqua and many others are providing better standards for requesting service contracts and price savings to the end-user. By standardizing scopes of work and specifications for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, SiteStuff offers robust templates and technology for bidding property-related service contracts.

" We are thrilled about the success of this program. We have attracted major industry players and the NSP program is benefiting both our service partners and our clients, " states Bill Sullivan, SiteStuff's CEO. "We offer service providers the ability to concentrate more on value-added services and education regarding scope of services and national pricing discounts. Additionally, we provide our clients with the right tools for a more effective contract bidding process."

SiteStuff provides NSP members the opportunity to increase their market share within the SiteStuff customer base. "We joined SiteStuff as a National Service Provider because we believed it would be a good vehicle to increase our sales and market penetration," said David Rose, Manager of Corporate Accounts for Chem-Aqua, a provider of water treatment services. "To date, we have increased our investment eight times - for every dollar spent with SiteStuff, we have received eight in return. Working with SiteStuff has also been beneficial for the relationships we have with existing customers. We expect a bright future through our continued relationship with SiteStuff," adds Rose.

Members of the NSP Program include ABM Family of Services, Barton Protective Services, Centimark Roofing Corporation, Chem-Aqua, Design Electric, Forms+Surfaces, Garratt-Callahan, Graebel Commercial Services, Ondeo Nalco, OneSource, Re:Source Americas and the Interface Family of Companies, Sanitors, Schindler Elevator, Spectra Flooring, and TruGreen Companies.
