SiteStuff, Inc. has added the “Delay Award” and “Decline Award” functions to its Contract Management solution.

Delay Award allows users the option of delaying the award of a service contract. This new feature was designed for users that are part of a larger multi-property bidding contract or who want to award a single portion of a complex project at a time. Decline Award allows users the ability to stop the contract award process.

The SiteStuff Contract Management offering is a single, standardized online interface that allows property managers to manage the request for proposal (RFP) process for building maintenance service providers. Customers use Contract Management to manage, track and report on all vendor-related contracts, from RFP to award. A summary of each contract awarded through the Contract Management interface is stored electronically for easy recall and management.

Specific features of the Contract Management Platform include:

RFP creation for one or multiple properties
Ability to create and invite customized list of bidders
Automatic review and comparison of bids
Negotiation interface with one or many bidders
Ability to process multiple contract awards

Typical services procured through an RFP process include janitorial, security, landscaping, elevator and heating/ventilation/air conditioner maintenance, and parking.
