Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, answer main phone line
  • Order office, marketing and break room supplies
  • Route packages, mail and faxes daily
  • Assist VP of Sales and Marketing with travel arrangements, scheduling, and projects
  • Provide support for Sales and Marketing department (reports, mailings, preparation for trade shows and events)
  • Submit facilities and security company work orders as needed
  • Keep the copy/supply/break room neat and organized
  • Update contact lists and distribution lists
