Charles W. Pace, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer

With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Charlie brings a broad base of supply chain, financial and executive management talents to his role as CEO. He is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of SiteStuff, including all aspects of strategy and execution. Charlie previously served as SiteStuff's Chief Operating Officer where he was responsible for the company's day-to-day operations and oversight of SiteStuff's product offering from definition to delivery. He joined SiteStuff in 1999 from Deloitte Consulting where he served as a Supply Chain Practice Manager and led supply chain optimization, strategic sourcing, new product development and ERP implementation projects. Prior to Deloitte Consulting, Charlie was a Financial Planner with Rehrig Pacific Company and served First Interstate Bancorp as an Internal Auditor. He earned an M.B.A. in Management and Finance and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.


Michael Clark
Senior Vice President, MRO Products

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate distribution business, including once owning and operating one of the largest distribution companies in the Northeast, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to SiteStuff. His current responsibilities include the creation and management of SiteStuff’s National network of MRO distributors and manufacturers. Clark also negotiates long-term competitive national contract prices with these suppliers on behalf of our clients. Clark attended the University of Michigan and Adelphi University.


Blair Duncan
Chief Financial Officer

Blair has over 15 years of financial management experience in both start-up and Fortune 500 companies. He oversees SiteStuff's financial, accounting and human resource operations. Prior to SiteStuff, Blair was the Chief Financial Officer for Trillion, a facilities-based provider of wireless broadband telecommunications services and Vice President and Controller for ClearSource, a network provider of cable, telephone and Internet services. Previously, He was Manager of Entrepreneurial Advisory Service for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Manager of Sales and Underwriting for Aetna Life & Casualty. He also founded The Duke Blue Pages, an annual advertising publication and guide to Durham, North Carolina. Blair is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He has a B.A. in both Economics and Psychology from Duke University.


Paul Cialdella
Vice President, Operations

Paul has over 15 years of operations and sales experience. He is responsible for leading the category and catalog operation team, as well as the customer care department. Paul most recently served as VP, Account Management where he was responsible for the client facing account management sales team and customer service operations. Prior to his position as VP, Account Management, Paul was Director of New Business Development and previously held the position of National Services Account Manager, where he was instrumental in launching the field sales force. As an accomplished account manager in the field, Paul most notably established relationships with representatives from service provider partners, distributors, manufacturers as well as varying levels of personnel within the SiteStuff client base and created the National Service Provider program that today includes many of the Fortune 500 companies. Prior to SiteStuff, Paul was with ConnectSouth, an Austin based Internet Service Provider. Paul attended Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois.


Mike Karol
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Mike has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with a focus on group sales and national account programs. He is responsible for providing leadership and direction of the company’s sales, marketing and advertising strategies across the entire client base and new business functions. Prior to SiteStuff, Mike was Chief Sales Officer at Apartment Home Living, a direct mail catalog and Internet guide for the apartment industry. He was responsible for the training and operations of the account management team and developed and implemented sales programs for national accounts. Previous to Apartment Home Living, he was VP of Sales & Marketing at ClearSource, a provider of bundled telecommunications service in Texas. Karol attended the University of Texas at Austin.


Geoff Wakefield
Vice President, Information Technology

Geoff brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry. His background includes working in the commercial real estate industry as well as with ASP business models, Oracle 11i, J2EE, Oracle database and other applicable technologies. He is responsible for directing SiteStuff's technology activities, implementing SiteStuff's product roadmap and leading the development team. Most recently, Geoff served as Director of Business Systems at Security Broadband. Prior to this he worked with QuestLink, Inc., Jones Lang LaSalle and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in a variety of information technology and finance management roles. Wakefield earned an M.B.A. in Business and a B.A. in Business Administration from Baylor University.


Brad Chandler
Vice President, Product Management

Brad brings over 20 years experience in product development and management of software solutions delivered across a vast customer base. He is responsible for developing the procurement suite roadmap. Prior to joining SiteStuff, he served as Senior Program Manager at Ultra Electronics, initiating their product roadmap process to drive expansion of the product base. His previous role was Senior Product Development Manager, responsible for leading the client-facing e-commerce development efforts at SMART Technologies, later acquired by i2 Technologies. While at i2 Technologies, he led i2’s storefront selling and indirect procurement applications. Chandler held positions with Lockheed Martin and with the United States Air Force in advanced technologies. Chandler earned an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, a M.E.M. from St. Martins College, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
