Why register with SiteStuff? SiteStuff has developed a tool that allows our clients to become more efficient in streamlining their procurement practices. Our clients are committed to using SiteStuff to contract their MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operating) Services by creating, distributing and awarding service contracts through SiteStuff. By registering your company with SiteStuff, you are positioning yourself to receive Requests For Proposals (RFP) from the property management teams. These companies are directing their property managers to carry out the bid process through SiteStuff, using service providers that are active members in the SiteStuff Contractor Directory. What is the SiteStuff Contractor Directory?The SiteStuff Contractor Directory is a listing of preferred service providers for our property management clients. When a property manager or engineer is creating a RFP through our tool, they source their service providers from the SiteStuff Contractor Directory. Service providers can position themselves in the appropriate service categories and geographic markets so that they display when searched. What is the cost to list our company?Annual membership costs vary based on factors including; the type of listing option you choose - Basic, Enhanced, Advanced,the number of service categories that apply, and the geographic coverage area that’s appropriate. Please call our Contractor Directory team at 888-251-8210 to discuss the options. How long does it take to register? Registration is handled over the phone with a call to our Contractor Directory Team at 888-251-8210. In many cases your account is active same day. Credit Card payment may be used to expedite the transaction. Once payment has been received, you will receive a welcome email with your login details and training (optional) information. Do you have to be an active member of SiteStuff to submit a bid online? Yes, service providers must agree to SiteStuff terms and conditions and register for an account. Can I view my competitors that are currently members of the directory? Yes, the Contractor Directory is available by visiting www.sitestuff.com and clicking “Clients & Partners”. Then click on ‘Service Providers’. You may search by service category and then by market. What if I supply products? If you are a product supplier, we would be happy to put you in touch with someone in our MRO/Product Catalog division or Click here to submit your company information. |
